Dr. Turnbull is a general dentist, with an interest and skill in many disciplines of dentistry. The goal is to always provide exceptional patient care. If a situation exceeds the scope of the practice, Dr Turnbull will refer patients to a skilled group of specialists that he has worked with for many years. The following is a partial list of skills and services frequently provided in the practice.

Cosmetic

Dr. Turnbull places veneers, crowns, tooth colored resin restorations and bleaches teeth on a daily basis.

Restorative

Crowns, fixed and removable partial and complete dentures, and bridges.

Implants

Dr Turnbull offers surgical placement as well as prosthetic restorations of dental implants. Dr. Turnbull has 20 years experience with implant restorations and since 2003 with surgical placement.

Periodontics and Gum Disease Treatment

Routine cleanings and exams are the cornerstones of a healthy oral cavity. Deep cleanings including scaling and root planing, chemotherapy and minor surgery for many periodontal gum diseases.

Endodontics/Root canals

When teeth have had an abscess, or the nerve becomes painful, endodontic therapy may be indicated. This is a area of special interest for Dr Turnbull, being able to relieve pain quickly for patients.

Orthodontics

In November of 2005, Dr Turnbull became and Invisalign certified Doctor. He has continually treated cases since that time. Dr Turnbull will also fabricate space maintainers and minor orthodontic appliances.
